Fifty-three years ago, some folks got together and established the Lake Country Horsemen’s Association, then known as Tompkins County Horsemen’s Association.

The original show grounds were located in Steamburg on Searsburg Road and leased from Mr. Usher.

In 1978 the Aman Family donated the land where the Club is currently located (Tunison Road., Interlaken).

Lake Country Horsemen’s Association is a family oriented horse club with a membership of about 70 participating families throughout the Finger Lakes Region. At our club we hold horse shows, a Jr. rodeo, auctions, pointed member Fun time horse shows, 4-H horse shows, and trail rides.

Anyone who is interested in horses, kids, or just like to be involved in a club are more than welcome to join.  If you are interested in becoming a member of the Lake Country Horsemen’s Association, please fill out the registration form (both pages—it takes a minute for the second page to print ) Please join us for another great season!
